Naresh IT is hiring for HR Placement Officer ,Should handle complete IT placement drives for Naresh IT Students.Getting in touch with HR from top corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie up for Naresh IT student placements.Responsible for End to end Corporate Recruitment cycle.Responsibilities: Strategic Corporate Tie-Up & Partnership Development: Proactively identify, research, and reach out to HR representatives, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers from top-tier IT corporate houses (MNCs, startups, established tech companies). Initiate and build strong, long-lasting relationships with potential corporate partners to establish formal placement tie-ups and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs). Present Naresh IT's value proposition, student skillsets, and success stories to potential employers, demonstrating the quality of our training programs. Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial placement agreements and terms with corporate partners. Placement Drive Management (End-to-End Recruitment Cycle): Plan, organize, and manage comprehensive IT placement drives, including campus drives, off-campus drives, and virtual recruitment events. Coordinate all logistical aspects of placement drives: scheduling interviews, arranging virtual platforms or physical venues, and ensuring a smooth flow of recruitment activities. Act as the primary point of contact for corporate recruiters and students throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely communication of job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and interview schedules to students. Facilitate screening processes, technical assessments, group discussions, and interview rounds conducted by visiting companies. Manage offer rollouts, acceptance, and follow-ups until the student's successful onboarding. Student Readiness & Mentorship: Collaborate with the training and soft skills teams to ensure students are adequately prepared for interviews, including resume building, mock interviews, group discussions, and interview etiquette. Provide career counseling and guidance to students, aligning their skills and aspirations with suitable job opportunities. Address student concerns and provide support throughout the placement process. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of student profiles, placement opportunities, corporate contacts, and recruitment activities in the CRM/placement management system. Track placement metrics, success rates, and student feedback. Generate regular reports on placement activities, outcomes, and market trends for management review. Market Intelligence & Branding: Stay abreast of IT industry hiring trends, in-demand technologies, and recruitment best practices. Gather feedback from corporate partners on student performance and curriculum relevance to provide insights for continuous improvement.
