Job Title: Placement Officer

Location: Achariya Group of Institutions, Uruvaiyar, Villianur
Department: Training & Placement Cell

Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years in placement coordination / corporate relations / HR

Qualification:

• MBA (HR / Marketing) or any Master’s degree with relevant experience
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain partnerships with companies, organizations, and recruiters for campus placements and internships.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and pre-placement talks.
• Coordinate with department heads and students to prepare them for placement activities.
• Train and guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career development.
• Maintain placement records, track placement statistics, and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Arrange industry visits, workshops, and guest lectures to enhance student exposure.
• Build a database of potential employers and maintain consistent communication.
• Liaise with alumni and leverage alumni networks for placement opportunities.
• Ensure smooth coordination during campus interviews and corporate events.
