Placement Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer to drive aviation and airport job placements for our students. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student success in the aviation, airport, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Sourcing & Industry Outreach:
• Identify and build strong relationships with airlines, ground handling companies, airports, travel companies, and hospitality firms.
• Stay updated on aviation industry hiring trends and job openings.
• Organize job fairs, placement drives, and campus interviews with aviation recruiters.
• Student Career Support:
• Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills specific to aviation roles.
• Match students with suitable job profiles based on their training, performance, and aptitude.
• Track and support students during their onboarding and initial job phases.
• Placement Records & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of student placements, employer feedback, and offer letters.
• Submit monthly placement status reports to management.
• Collaboration & Branding:
• Work with the marketing and academic team to promote placement success stories.
• Assist in curriculum feedback based on industry expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
