Job Description

Responsibilities

· Build and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and recruitment agencies for placement opportunities

· Coordinate and execute campus placement drives, interviews, and employer sessions

· Guide and prepare students for placement through soft skills, resume writing, and interview readiness sessions

· Track student progress and match suitable job opportunities based on their skills and aspirations

· Collect feedback from employers and improve placement processes accordingly

· Maintain placement records, documentation, and reports

· Identify market trends and align training modules with employer expectations

· Collaborate with trainers and faculty to ensure students are employment-ready

· Assist in organizing job fairs, industry visits, and employer engagement events

· Provide post-placement support and address issues if any

Requirement Details

· Education – Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably HR, Management, or Education-related)

· Experience – 2 to 5 years in placements, recruitment, career services, or training & development

· Strong industry network and experience in vocational/skill education preferred

· Mode of work – Offline at Centre

Job Location – JIMS, Rohini Sec - 5
Salary – ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
