Placement Manager

We are currently seeking a Placement Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Nellore. As the Placement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the placement process. This includes engaging with employers, organizing job fairs, and assisting candidates throughout the interview stages. Additionally, you will be involved in resume development, job search strategies, and offering guidance and mentorship to candidates to support their journey towards successful employment. Qualifications: - Previous experience in career counseling, job placement, or recruitment - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to establish and nurture relationships with both employers and candidates - Proficiency in resume building, job search techniques, and interview preparation - Background in mentoring and advising individuals from diverse backgrounds - Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in rural development projects would be advantageous Join us in our mission to uplift communities and make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals.
