Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Placement Manager. The Placement Manager will be responsible for building relationships with potential employers, facilitating student placements, and maintaining placement records. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with industry partners, conducting placement drives, organizing career counseling sessions, and providing continuous support to students throughout the placement process.

• Experience in career counseling and student support services
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Knowledge of the aviation and hospitality industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Experience in placement coordination is a plus
