Placement Delivery Head (Staffing Background Mandatory)

We are hiring a dynamic Placement Delivery Head to lead end-to-end placement operations across ExcelR Edtech Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate must have 12+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with prior experience in firms like Adecco, Randstad, TeamLease, or Manpower. The role involves managing placement teams, sourcing job requirements, and ensuring successful candidate placements through structured delivery, communication, and client engagement.

ExcelR is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Placement Delivery Head to lead our placement operations and ensure successful employment outcomes for students. The role involves managing a team of placement coordinators, building strong corporate partnerships, and aligning candidate readiness with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Requirement Sourcing:

  Identify and source job requirements from multiple clients in coordination with the Accounts / Client Acquisition Team.

• Profile Shortlisting:

  Oversee candidate screening and shortlisting based on job descriptions.

• Candidate Engagement:

  Motivate and guide candidates to participate in interviews and placement drives.

• Team Management:

  Lead and mentor the placement coordinators to meet placement targets.

• Communication Planning:

  Implement effective communication strategies for timely job updates.

• Candidate Grading & Grooming:

  Assess and groom candidates to match client needs.

• Escalation Management:

  Resolve placement-related escalations from students promptly.

• ATS Management:

  Monitor and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy and efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in placement operations or recruitment delivery.
• Mandatory experience in reputed staffing firms such as Adecco, Randstad, TeamLease, Manpower, or similar organizations.
• Proven leadership in managing large teams and end-to-end placement delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in ATS / CRM tools and data-driven reporting.
