Position : Placement Coordinator Education : Any Graduate Location : Chennai Salary : 30K - 35K CTC Job Description - A passionate graduate with relevant work experience and strong track records in campus or off campus placement activities. The candidate must have strong employer connect to plan and organize job fairs within Tamil Ndu The key role of this candidate is to create job opportunities for CSR project & paid program trained beneficiaries - College students, community etc. To ensure the smooth functioning of the placement process and placement calendar students on a day-to-day basis co-ordinate with all respective internal stakeholders for placement-related activities Tie up with potential companies for final placement and internship of our students in Media and Entertainment and other relevant industries. Build relationships with new and existing employers in order to source suitable vacancies • Creating new viable opportunities for students of all verticals Maintain data on the status of all students and alumni data. Handle and motivate the placement team/ committee for the desired result To help students prepare their resumes and update it accordingly Support academic teams to organize guest lectures/industry visits Key skills required - He/She should be a Post Graduate in Social Science or graduate or have with minimum one or two-year experience in social development Sector or relevant fie Report writing & communication skills in English/Tamil and knowledge of computer.
