The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, building and maintaining relationships with organizations, assisting students through the placement process, and organizing career development programs. Tasks will also involve scheduling interviews, maintaining placement records, and acting as a liaison between employers and candidates to ensure successful job placements. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Customer service and relationship management skills Knowledge or experience in education, recruiting, or career counseling Proactive and organized with the ability to manage priorities effectively Working knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, or processes is a plus
