Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Placement Coordinator. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners and stakeholders, managing placement-related processes, and ensuring successful job placements for program graduates. Responsibilities include coordinating with students to understand their goals, preparing them for interviews, liaising with industry professionals, and facilitating career development activities. The coordinator will also handle scheduling, documentation, and follow-up with employers.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage with students, employers, and stakeholders effectively
• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills for collaborating with hiring partners and ensuring satisfaction
• Experience or knowledge in Education and Career Counseling to guide and coach students toward career success
• Recruiting skills to identify, approach, and build connections with potential employers for placements
• Organizational and coordination skills for managing schedules, documentation, and follow-ups
• Relevant experience in placement coordination, career services, or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
