This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in Thane. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for managing student placements, liaising with companies to secure opportunities, and supporting candidates through the placement process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and collaborating with internal teams to meet placement objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship management
Educational or training experience, particularly in career services or student counseling
Recruiting or talent acquisition experience within corporate or educational settings
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
Experience with CRM tools or placement tracking systems is an advantage
