Qualification: (MBA or HR specialization preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination, HR, or recruitment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Placement Coordinator to connect our students with suitable employment opportunities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with employers, job seekers, and our centers across various locations to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential job openings across various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs.
• Plan, organize, and conduct placement events such as recruitment drives and job fairs in different locations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interview outcomes, and placement details.
• Prepare detailed reports on placement activities and outcomes.
• Continuously improve placement strategies to achieve higher success rates.
