Placement Coordination

1. Coordinate the end-to-end placement process for students.

2. Connect with companies and HRs for placement drives and interviews.

3. Follow up with hiring partners to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.

Candidate Interaction & Support

1. Call and guide students about upcoming placement opportunities.

2. Schedule and conduct interviews for internships and job roles.

3. Maintain a professional communication channel with students for updates and support.

Recruitment Activities

1. Source candidates for internal roles or external partner requirements.

2. Conduct initial screening and telephonic/online interviews.

3. Share shortlisted profiles with companies and schedule further rounds.

Documentation & Records

1. Prepare and issue Offer Letters to selected candidates.

2. Generate and maintain Salary Slips, internship certificates, and joining letters.

3. Maintain detailed and organized databases of placed students and company partners.

Coordination & Communication

1. Maintain regular communication with hiring partners and internal teams.

2. Coordinate with internal staff and trainers for interview readiness and support.

3. Handle day-to-day office operations related to placements and hiring.

Meetings & Team Handling

1. Schedule and conduct regular meetings with staff and management regarding placement updates.

2. Handle queries, issues, and feedback from the team and report to management.

Supervise and support junior staff (if applicable).

Reports & Follow-ups :

1. Generate weekly/monthly reports on placement status, student performance, and company engagement.

2. Follow up with students post-placement for feedback and documentation.
