Talent Formula (www.talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We have been asked to source staff on behalf of PKF Sydney in Australia. The team will help and support the Audit and Assurance Business Unit in Sydney whilst working alongside their team in the Hyderabad Office. The primary responsibility of the Team will be to work collaboratively with Sydney Business Units, completing task and role-based deliverables, ensuring that quality and timelines are achieved. Ideally The Recruit Will Fit The Following Requirements At least 3 years of Statutory Audit experience with a Chartered Accounting Firm, and with CA qualification. Experience of working in large audit firm hubs, and an established knowledge of their methods, approaches, and frameworks. Expertise in preparing financial statements, audit file and workpapers for multiple clients. Exposure to Australian companies preferable but not essential. Intimate knowledge of IFRS. Have the drive to work and contribute to a high-performance team. Experience in working directly with clients and stakeholders. Impeccable English and communication skills, both written and verbal, and understand the importance of managing partner and client expectations. The ability to manage and prioritize workflow accordingly. CaseWare Audit and Accounts Preparation experience and working knowledge preferred but not essential. Excellent attention to detail. Strong commitment to quality service and client relationships. Ability to work as a team member and understands the importance of team culture. Flexibility to travel to Australia. Passport essential.
