Pioneer Relationship Manager

• Sales and cross-selling:

  Achieve budgeted sales targets by cross-selling various banking and wealth management products and services.

• Customer service:

  Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalized banking solutions and advisory services.

• Portfolio management:

  Manage the client portfolio to minimize attrition and ensure stability.

• Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to money laundering prevention and report any suspicious transactions to a supervising officer.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience:

  Typically requires several years of relevant experience, with some roles specifying experience in wealth management, HNI sales, or premium banking.

• Skills:

  Strong relationship management, sales, and marketing skills are essential.

• Knowledge:
