Job Description

managing existing high-value client relationships while also acquiring new clients to grow the bank's portfolio

Client Management:
Manage and nurture existing premium customer relationships, including trade and current accounts.
New Client Acquisition:
Acquire new clients through leads and family grouping to expand the customer base.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Sell various products (assets, wealth management, third-party products) to existing and new clients to increase revenue and client product holdings.
Client Service:
Provide comprehensive service for all client banking needs and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Portfolio Enhancement:
Deepen relationships with clients to increase their share of wallet and overall value.
Digital Onboarding:
Onboard clients onto digital trading platforms and encourage mobile banking adoption.
Compliance:
Adhere strictly to bank policies and procedures, with a particular focus on compliance and anti-money laundering regulations.

Key skills and qualifications

Experience:
Prior experience in banking, preferably with a background in financial services or sales.
Education:
A graduate or postgraduate degree, with a preference for finance or commerce-related fields.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with high-net-worth clients.
Sales Acumen:
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
