Executive Admin Support

Traditional C&I and CRE Quarterly Asset Quality Monitoring (AQM) - Purpose: Portfolio review for Traditional C&I and Investor CRE

Obtain scope list from PAD
Schedule and invite stakeholders 90 days in advance.
Confirm loan list changes
Follow-up meeting minutes, distribute, and archive

CIB Quarterly Asset Quality Monitoring (AQM) - Purpose: Portfolio review for Corporate & Investment Banking and Middle Markets

Initiate scheduling (75 days from quarter-end)
Create package folders - CIB Quarterly Reports
Collect package from frontline
Minutes and follow-up

Management Loan Committee (MLC) - Purpose: Organize and coordinate MLC meetings

Scheduling - Placeholder meeting
Create agenda, prepare package and organize meeting
Minutes and follow-up

Administrative Task

Order Supplies: SCA
Monthly Clean Desk Compliance - Collect and submit department's clean desk (SCA, PAD, ENRM, SAD, CRAD, Appraisal) to OneTrust.
Business Continuity - Annually support with coordinating to support continuity planning and readiness for Credit Admin (SCA dept)
Calendaring - Manage CCO scheduling
