Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve machines, field team, and customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsible for providing technical support to the field team and equipment with the coordination from quality and R&D.
This can include troubleshooting, maintenance, spares, repair, upgrades, and modification.
Conducting CCAM along with the quality team.
Auditing of FSR, FIR, TSI, and other service-related technical documents.
Warranty recovery from vendors and BU.
