Roles & Responsibilities : Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide first-level troubleshooting for devices, components, and equipment. Assist technicians in diagnosing faults using test tools. Perform basic repairs 2. Service Operations & Coordination Coordinate with field technicians, service engineers to schedule repairs or installations. Ensure all necessary tools, accessories, and spare parts are available. 3. Product Testing & Quality Checks Conduct pre-delivery inspections and functional testing of electronic products. Assist in quality assurance tasks by identifying defects and reporting nonconformities. Preferred candidate profile Minimum ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in E&C 1 year experience in relevant field
