Experience:
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting roles.Proven experience in implementing FP&A systems (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion).Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful implementations.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in FP&A software and tools.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Educational qualificationMBA, CA, master's in accounting or finance, B.Tech.Preferred certifications in: Anaplan, Hyperion, TM1
