Picker / Packer

1) Picker Packer Role Overview: Responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free dispatches. Key Responsibilities: Pick products as per order sheet with 100% accuracy. Pack items securely, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area. Report stock discrepancies or damages to warehouse in-charge. Support in daily dispatch operations to meet timelines. 2) Return Order Management Role Overview: Responsible for handling customer return orders smoothly while maintaining inventory integrity. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect returned products. Record return details in the system and update stock levels. Coordinate with quality control team for damage/defect checks. Ensure refunds or exchanges are processed as per policy. Maintain return logs for audit and reporting. 3) Customer Calling for Order Confirmation Role Overview: Responsible for calling customers to confirm orders, clarify details, and reduce cancellations/returns. Key Responsibilities: Call customers to confirm COD orders and verify shipping details. Handle basic customer queries related to products, shipping, or payment. Update confirmed/rejected orders in system promptly. Maintain a daily log of calls and order confirmations. Escalate customer concerns to the relevant team. 4) Warehouse Management – Stock Keeping Role Overview: Responsible for overall warehouse management, stock organization, and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Maintain stock records and ensure system inventory matches physical stock. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliation. Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safety standards in warehouse. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment. Monitor warehouse staff performance and assign daily tasks. Basic Skills Required: Basic Excel (order entry, stock update). Basic English reading/writing (to read order slips, update sheets). Attention to detail and ability to work with speed. Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
