Job Description

Position: Warehouse Picker & Packer Location: Rajeev Nagar, Patna Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking items from warehouse stock according to store orders and invoices. Packing and Labeling: Securely packing items to prevent damage during shipping and labeling packages with appropriate information. Quality Control: Inspecting items for damage or defects before packing and reporting any issues. Inventory Management: Assisting with stock replenishment, potentially participating in inventory counts, and reporting low stock levels. Receiving and Dispatch: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. . Warehouse Operations: Optimizing warehouse layout, managing equipment maintenance, and enforcing safety and security protocols. Coordination: Working with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedules and resolve issues. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, shipments, and other warehouse activities. 10. Bar code scanning & printing Qualifications: - - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge in accounts, Microsoft Excel, and Tally. - Ability to multitask and make informed decisions.
