Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Front Office:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff courteously.
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols at the front desk.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    Accounting and Financial Support:
    • Record daily transactions in cash books and ledgers.
    • Handle petty cash disbursement and reconciliation.
    • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
    • Support monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
    • Assist in maintaining and organizing accounting documents and records.
    • Coordinate with banks for deposits and withdrawals as required.
      Administrative Support:
      • Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain stock registers.
      • Support documentation for audits and financial verifications.
      • Help in scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
      • Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
