Job Description

About the Role:

Physiotherapist (Visiting Consultant)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough
physiotherapy assessments
for seniors to evaluate strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility concerns.
Develop and implement
customized therapy plans
tailored to individual needs.
Provide treatment for conditions such as arthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, joint pain, and neurological impairments.
Offer
rehabilitative care and pain management
through manual therapy, exercises, and use of physiotherapy equipment.
Educate seniors and caregivers on safe mobility practices and preventive exercises.
Maintain accurate
treatment documentation and progress reports
.
Coordinate with the in-house medical and nursing teams for holistic care planning.
Conduct periodic wellness or mobility sessions for residents as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
Valid registration
with the respective State or National Physiotherapy Council.
Minimum 1
year of clinical experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic, patient-focused, and professional in approach.
Availability to visit as per scheduled appointments or requirements.
