Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Diagnosis & Consultation:
Conduct concise (5-10 minute) authoritative sessions for walk-in customers on sleep importance, posture correction, and identifying specific back/joint issues.
Product Prescription & Sales Assistance:

Clinically recommend
the precise SmartGRID product (Mattress or Chair) and assist the CRE in sales closure by providing irrefutable, health-based product validation.
Program Conceptualization & Standardization:
Design and refine the entire customer engagement workflow - from the Consultation to product recommendation.
Performance & Conversion Tracking:
Consult for Product sales by maximizing the purchase conversion rate following your consultation and recommendation.
Founding Team Leadership:
Serve as a foundational member of the West Region team, with the potential to
lead the expansion and training of the Clinical Advisor Program
across multiple stores
