Physical Design Lead

Role Overview: You are required to lead the end-to-end VLSI components and hardware systems, providing customer support and governance of VLSI components and hardware systems, and managing the team effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design, analyze, develop, modify, and evaluate VLSI components and hardware systems - Determine architecture and logic design verification through software for component and system simulation - Conduct system evaluations, make appropriate recommendations, and review data and project documentation - Identify and recommend system improvements for better technical performance - Inspect VLSI components and hardware systems for compliance with regulations and safety standards - Provide technical support to clients and help debug specific engineering problems - Evaluate operational systems, prototypes, and proposals, recommending repair or design modifications Qualification Required: - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on Netlist2GDSII Implementation, including Floor planning, Placement, CTS, Routing, STA, Power Integrity Analysis, and Physical Verification - Experience in Physical Design Methodologies and submicron technology of 28nm and lower technology nodes - Programming experience in Tcl/Tk/Perl - Hands-on experience with Synopsys/Cadence tools such as Innovus, ICC2, Primetime, PT-PX, Calibre - Well-versed with timing constraints, STA, and timing closure Additional Details of the Company: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions for clients" complex digital transformation needs.
