About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and skilled Lead PHP & React Developer to take full ownership of

our projects. This is a senior role for a developer who can not only write excellent code but

also manage the entire project lifecycle, including the server environment. The ideal candidate

will be a technical leader who can translate business needs into a final, successful product,

ensuring a smooth process from initial requirement gathering to production deployment

and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Leadership: Take full ownership of projects, leading development from initial

requirement gathering to final deployment.

· Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using

PHP (with a focus on a modern framework like Laravel or Symfony) and create dynamic

user interfaces with React.js.

· Server Management: Understand and manage Linux Virtual Private Servers (VPS) for

application hosting, including server setup, configuration (e.g., Nginx/Apache), security,

and maintenance.

· Architectural Design: Plan and execute application architecture, ensuring scalability,

security, and performance.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements

into technical specifications and ensure the team is aligned with project goals.

· Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure

high-quality deliverables.

· Frontend Expertise: Utilize HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to build intuitive and

responsive user experiences.

Required Skills:

● Proven experience as a full-stack developer with a strong portfolio showcasing

end-to-end project management.

● Extensive experience with PHP and at least one modern framework (Laravel, Symfony,

etc.).

● Expertise in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, etc.).

● Experience with Linux server administration (VPS), including command-line tools,

SSH, and web server configuration.

● Proficiency in database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful API development.

● Advanced skills in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS (and preprocessors like SASS), and

modern JavaScript (ES6+).

● Excellent communication and leadership skills.

● Experience with code versioning tools (Git).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,080.28 - ₹48,871.71 per month
