About the Role:

PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using

  PHP and CodeIgniter

  .
• Write clean, well-structured, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end teams with server-side logic.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and APIs (MySQL/other databases).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, testers) to deliver quality solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years

  of proven experience as a PHP Developer.
• Strong expertise in the

  CodeIgniter framework

  (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of

  PHP 7/8

  , MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of MVC architecture and OOP concepts.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience with

  Laravel

  or other PHP frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
