Job Summary:

PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable PHP-based web applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
• Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver projects on time.
• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and web services as needed.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development.
• Maintain and improve existing systems and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer (typically 2+ years).
• Strong knowledge of PHP and the CodeIgniter framework
• Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working with MySQL and other relational databases.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
