Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Durgapur for a PhD Researcher. The PhD Researcher will undertake innovative research within their chosen field, contribute to the development of new knowledge, and work closely with faculty and research teams. Responsibilities include designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, publishing findings in academic journals, presenting research at conferences, and possibly assisting in teaching or mentoring activities. Candidates will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to the advancement of the institute's research objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong research skills, including experimental design, data collection, and data analysis
• Proficiency in scientific writing, literature review, and publishing research findings
• Advanced knowledge and expertise in a relevant academic discipline (Engineering, Science, or Management Studies)
• Problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for presentations and collaboration
