Pharmacy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Supervise, train, and develop pharmacy staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of medications and supplies.
• Provide accurate prescription dispensing and patient counseling.
• Monitor and improve workflow to enhance safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy management.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Must have knowledge of purchase and maintaining relation with Vendors.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), M. Pharm / MBA
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in West Bengal.
• Experience: Minimum [8-10] years of experience in pharmacy practice, including [1–2] years in a supervisory or management role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medicine, pharmacy law, ethics, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Proficiency in pharmacy software and systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
