Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Supervise, train, and develop pharmacy staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and service. Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of medications and supplies. Provide accurate prescription dispensing and patient counseling. Monitor and improve workflow to enhance safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy management. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by company policies and regulatory bodies. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Must have knowledge of purchase and maintaining relation with Vendors. Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), M. Pharm / MBA Licensure: Active pharmacist license in West Bengal. Experience: Minimum [8-10] years of experience in pharmacy practice, including [1–2] years in a supervisory or management role preferred. Strong knowledge of medicine, pharmacy law, ethics, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
