Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview:

The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations, maintaining medication safety, managing pharmacy staff, and supporting quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and compliance with

  drug safety regulations

• Manage pharmacy inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Maintain proper storage, documentation, and expiry management of drugs
• Supervise and train pharmacists and support staff
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure availability of essential medicines
• Implement quality standards and monitor pharmacy audits
• Ensure compliance with

  NABH and regulatory guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in hospital pharmacy management
• Strong knowledge of hospital drug formulary, narcotics handling & regulatory norms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and operational management skills
• Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and pharmacy staff efficiently
