Pharma Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Surgical and Pharma Products industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

• Promote and sell surgical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Deliver detailed product information and conduct demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and features of our products.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building lasting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A professional degree is required, along with relevant experience and skills in sales and marketing.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate proficiency in branch sales management, pharma sales, medical representation, and surgical products.
