Conduct experiments and practical demonstrations to enhance theoretical understanding. Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive teaching strategies. Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate technology and innovative practices in teaching. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Master's degree in Physics or related field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of senior secondary physics concepts and curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven classroom management techniques. Preferred Experience with technology-enhanced learning and teaching tools. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
