Qualifications

• Master's degree with relevant teaching degree, NET preferred, Excellent verbal and written communication skills of English.

Responsibilities

(i) To Deliver Curriculum

• To adhere and ensure coherent practice of the policies and procedures set in the quality manual for internal quality compliance and requirements.
• Identify, select and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles and special needs.
• To deliver the curriculum (CISCE Pattern) that is planned by the school on a weekly basis.
• Highlight and source for quality academic resources to be used for teaching.
• Implement innovative teaching strategies as recommended by the school.

(ii) To Maintain Accurate Records for the Academic Department

• Attendance Monitoring
• Continual Assessment Monitoring
• Student Progress Report Creation

(iii) To Manage Student Learning

• Foster a positive learning environment in the class.
• To take part in student development activities
• Provide academic counselling when required by the school.
• To highlight students who may need more attention to the academic department

(iv) Professional Conduct

• To adhere to the guidelines, policies and processes highlighted in the Academic Staff Handbook.
• To act as a role model to students in words and action.
• To attend all required training, briefings and meetings as required by the school.

(v) To Provide Other Teaching Services

• Provide Invigilation Services during examination period.
• Provide Examination Setting Expertise when required by the school.
