Position: PGT Business Studies Teacher Location: India Workplace Type: On-site Role Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive Business Studies curriculum for students. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to diverse learning styles. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and assessment results. Create a positive learning environment by establishing and enforcing rules and expectations. Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Encourage critical thinking and application of business concepts through real-world examples. Support extracurricular activities and promote business-related clubs and events. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Business Education. Utilize technology and digital resources to enhance teaching methodologies. Promote ethical behavior and responsible decision-making in business practices. Evaluate and improve teaching techniques based on feedback and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Teaching certification specifically for Business Studies. Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Business Studies at the higher secondary level. Strong knowledge of contemporary business theories and practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using technological tools for educational purposes. Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents. Adaptability to different educational settings and student needs. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Enthusiasm for teaching and dedication to student success. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
