We are seeking a motivated and experienced Petrol Pump Manager to oversee the operations of our petrol station. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the petrol pump, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage fuel inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
Implement safety and compliance regulations to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
Monitor financial transactions and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
2-6 years of experience in retail management or a similar role in the fuel industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting tools.
