Petrol Engine- Market Quality

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling market feedback and warranty issues related to engine components. Your role will involve faster analysis and execution of quality improvement projects based on market feedback. Utilizing your analytical skills and logical approach towards problem-solving, you will implement Fta approach for solving complex market issues. Additionally, you will be conducting failure reappearance/simulation and child part level analysis, performing competitor process/design benchmarking, and demonstrating a strong knowledge of production processes. Key Responsibilities: - Handling market feedback and warranty issues related to engine components - Faster analysis and execution of quality improvement projects based on market feedback - Utilizing analytical skills and a logical approach towards problem-solving - Implementing Fta approach for solving complex market issues - Conducting failure reappearance/simulation and child part level analysis - Performing competitor process/design benchmarking - Demonstrating strong knowledge of production processes - Utilizing strong knowledge of quality control tools, DOE, and Six Sigma - Proficiency in MS Office and other analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Strong execution orientation and problem-solving approach - Ability to analyze data and propose solutions & future strategies - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Capable of working within strict timelines - Being a team player with strong networking skills Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of production processes - Proficiency in quality control tools, DOE, and Six Sigma - Proficiency in MS Office and other analytical tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong execution orientation and problem-solving approach - Ability to work within strict timelines - Team player with strong networking skills,
