Join our growing team as an Area Sales Manager/Zonal Manager - Agri Textile, where you'll lead sales growth and market expansion for agri-infrastructure and technical textile products such as shade nets, anti-hail nets, crop covers, fencing, and mulch films. Location: Multiple Region Compensation: Competitive salary + Performance based incentives Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through dealer/distributor management & institutional sales Promote protective farming solutions via demos, farmer meetings, and agri-exhibitions Build strong farmer and partner networks while ensuring top-tier post-sales support Collaborate with KVKs, agri-departments, and universities for product validation Provide market intelligence and manage territory performance through CRM Qualifications: Bachelors in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agri-Business (MBA preferred) 8+ years of sales experience in agri-inputs, agri-tech, or farm infrastructure Familiarity with crop cycles, regional farming practices, and farmer behavior Strong communication in local languages, and hands-on field experience is a must Key Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Technical knowledge of protective farming solutions. Territory and team management. Problem-solving and adaptability in the rural/agri ecosystem. Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer skills.
