General Manager Technology

As a market leader in the Agro Chemical domain, you are seeking a talented individual to spearhead manufacturing excellence and capacity expansion both internally and externally through OPC. Your role will involve building technical capability for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Create a blueprint for the organization focusing on Manufacturing Excellence - Identify areas for improvement in processes and technology to enhance productivity - Establish a new Out Processing Center to increase capacity - Facilitate technology transfer to OPC and enhance technical capabilities throughout the organization - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for new product development Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) - Strong technical background in agro-based chemicals/pesticides - Proven track record in implementing manufacturing excellence - Experience in independently handling two to three new product developments that have been successfully commercialized ,
