Key Responsibilities

• Technology Leadership

  : Define and execute the companys technical strategy, aligning with business goals and market trends.

• Product Development

  : Lead the architecture and development of our core platform using

  React.js (frontend)

  and

  Python (backend)

  technologies.

• Team Management

  : Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Innovation

  : Stay ahead of technological trends and propose new tools, frameworks, and approaches to enhance the companys offerings.

• Full-stack Expertise

  : Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality software solutions.

• Collaboration with Other Teams

  : Work closely with product managers, designers, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of technology with business objectives.

• Scalability & Performance

  : Ensure that the platform is scalable, secure, and performs optimally to support growth and user engagement.

• Stakeholder Engagement

  : Communicate the technical vision and updates to stakeholders, including investors and the executive team.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience

  : 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development and leadership roles. At least 8 years of experience in a senior technical leadership position.

• Technical Expertise

  :
• Proven expertise in

  React.js

  for front-end development.
• Strong experience in

  Python

  (preferably with frameworks like Django/Flask) for back-end development.
• Deep knowledge of full-stack architecture, system design, and integration.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.

• Leadership Skills

  :
• Proven track record in leading and scaling engineering teams.
• Ability to drive technical strategy and decision-making at the executive level.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
