Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the MDs

    daily schedule, meetings, and appointments

    .
  • Handle

    travel arrangements

    , including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling

    company documents, correspondence, and discussions

    .
  • Prepare and draft emails, reports, letters, and other official documents.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate with various departments on behalf of the MD for updates and reports.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence and handle them professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval of information.
  • Handle office-related administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Manage calendar reminders, deadlines, and event coordination.
  • Accompany the MD for business meetings, events, or site visits when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience as a

    Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary / EA to Senior Management

    (experience in real estate or corporate setup preferred).
  • Strong computer and communication skills are mandatory.
