As a Personal Assistant to the Director, you will collaborate closely with the organization’s leadership and the Managing Director.
In this versatile and comprehensive role, you should be competent in delivering proactive assistance to the Managing Director across various business functions, both professionally and personally.
**Desired Traits of the Candidate:**
Be prepared to travel to different cities for significant business meetings, market exploration, product sourcing, promotional activities, and other official endeavors as required.
Offer direct administrative support to the Managing Director/Executive Team.
Oversee schedules, appointments, and travel plans.Prepare and arrange correspondence, reports, and presentations.A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or in a similar capacity.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Solid organizational and multitasking skills.A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity software.Keen attention to detail and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.Adaptable and flexible in response to shifting priorities and schedules.
