Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor in TATA Sales, your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will need to provide accurate information about TATA products and services, understand customer needs and preferences, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, and gathering feedback to improve products and services are also part of your responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include demonstrating products to customers, preparing and presenting sales quotations, managing customer orders to ensure timely delivery, and providing market insights and customer feedback to sales teams. In this role, strong communication, product knowledge, and customer service skills are essential to drive sales and build relationships effectively. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of TATA products and services, a customer-centric approach with empathy and understanding, effective problem-solving abilities, and basic sales skills to identify opportunities.
