Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor at TATA Sales, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of TATA products and services, providing accurate information to customers and addressing their needs effectively. Your role will involve assessing customer requirements and offering tailored solutions, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. In addition to managing customer relationships, you will be required to promptly resolve any complaints or issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction. Gathering feedback from customers will be crucial to continuously improve the quality of products and services offered. Apart from the key responsibilities, you will also be involved in product demonstrations, preparing sales quotations, managing customer orders, and providing valuable market insights to the sales teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a sound knowledge of TATA products and services, will be essential for success in this role. A customer-centric approach, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be key qualities that you should possess. Basic sales skills and the ability to identify sales opportunities will also be beneficial for effectively fulfilling your duties as a Customer Advisor.
