About the Role:

We’re looking for a Personal Branding Expert who can help entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals craft a powerful online presence. The ideal candidate understands digital storytelling, social media positioning, and strategic content creation that reflects an individual’s personality, achievements, and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personal branding strategies for clients across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Plan and manage content calendars focused on personal growth, leadership, and lifestyle narratives.

• Work closely with clients to identify their unique voice, tone, and online persona.

• Create engaging content ideas — including posts, reels, carousels, and thought-leadership pieces.

• Optimize profiles, bios, and highlights to align with personal and professional goals.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to bring ideas to life.

• Monitor engagement, track growth analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for personal branding.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or personal branding roles (agency or individual brand experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and storytelling.

• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work closely with clients and interpret their tone, style, and goals.

• Familiarity with analytics and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.).

• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand identity.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in LinkedIn content strategy or executive branding.

• Video ideation skills for short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts).

• Understanding of influencer marketing or PR collaborations.
