Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Personal Banker with 5 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably from Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal banking and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies.
Provide expert advice on financial products and services to meet clients' needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking solutions.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in personal banking or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide expert advice.
Experience working in a small finance bank or a similar institution is preferred.
