We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective banking strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
