We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Banker to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide solutions to clients. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
